Subscription privacy policy

The company Marina Srl as the owner of the processing of personal data informs you that the data that are provided by you will be processed for the following purposes:

(i) Issuance of the season pass valid for access to the Le Caravelle Water Park;
(ii) Processing of requests sent by you;
(iii) the fulfillment of legal obligations;
(iv) with your consent, for sending advertising material and commercial communications via remote means.

The processing of your data for the Purposes referred to in (i), (ii) and (iii) is necessary and failure to provide them will not allow you to finalize your purchase and take advantage of the subscription you have requested. The processing of your data for the Purposes referred to in point (iv) is carried out in accordance with art. 6, of the Privacy Regulations for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of Marina Srl, fairly balanced with your interests, within the limits of what is strictly necessary for the execution of the mentioned operations. Such processing is not mandatory and you may object to it by writing to privacy@lecaravelle.com, but in that case your data can no longer be used for that purpose. The processing of your data for the purposes in (iv) is optional, but in the absence of consent, you will not be able to receive marketing communications. You may revoke any consent you have given at any time by writing to privacy@lecaravelle.com.

The data collected for the purposes under (i),(ii) and (iii) will be kept for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are processed or within the terms provided by applicable national and EU laws, rules and regulations. With particular reference to the data collected for the purposes referred to in (iv), these will be kept for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are processed or within the terms provided by applicable national and EU laws, rules and regulations. At the end of this period, your data
will be permanently deleted or permanently anonymized.

The data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the RGPD and will be managed in such a way as to ensure its security and confidentiality, putting in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. You have the right to ask the Data Controller at any time for access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data or to object to their processing; you have the right to request the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the RGPD, as well as to obtain, in a structured format in common use and readable by automatic device, the data concerning you, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the RGPD.
