Subscription regulations

1. The season ticket is a personal document and bears the holder's first name, last name and photograph.

2. The season ticket is issued at the time of purchase, at the time of collection it must be accompanied by two passport-size photographs of the season ticket holder.

3. In order to gain access to the park, the subscriber must always show the season ticket complete with photograph together with a personal identification document at the entrance. Therefore, access to the park is not allowed if only the season ticket is shown.

4. The season pass is strictly personal and not transferable to third parties even free of charge, exchanged or altered. Said season ticket shall be valid from the day of issuance until the day of closure of the park in the summer season in which it is issued.

5. In the event of loss, deterioration, theft, destruction, etc. of the season ticket, the Subscriber shall deliver to the park management a statement attesting to the fact, in order to enable its immediate cancellation. If, consequently, it becomes necessary to issue a replacement admission ticket, the Subscriber will be required to pay Euro 30.00 as a reimbursement of administrative expenses. In fact, current tax regulations do not allow the issuance of duplicates, equivalent tickets, partial or total refund of the issued season ticket.

6. Any abuse in the use of the season ticket shall result in its immediate withdrawal or temporary suspension of its validity, without prejudice to the right of action against the offender both criminally and civilly. The season ticket may also be withdrawn or suspended in case of violations of the park-goers' regulations or current laws.

7. Subscription does not entitle:

•  to the access to the Source of the Heart: in fact, for the same it is necessary to request an additional ticket at the entrance cashiers;
• to the use of cribs and lockers , which must be rented separately.
  
  

8. When purchasing a season ticket, the conditions governing and regulating the use of the same and the regulations of park-goers are understood to be accepted.
