The general conditions described below govern the relationship between Costa Edutainment SpA, the company providing the online ticketing service, and the users of that service.

Art. 1 - SUBJECT OF THE SERVICE.

The service provided by Costa Edutainment SpA has as its object the provision of information regarding admissions to the Caravelle Water Park as well as the possibility for users to book and purchase admission tickets to the Caravelle Water Park. This service is provided through the website www.lecaravelle.com.

Art. 2 - METHODS FOR RESERVING AND PURCHASING TICKETS.
To purchase tickets, you must complete the online form prepared by Costa Edutainment SpA in all mandatory parts. We ask that you read the provisions protecting your privacy. Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is successfully completed. The purchase of tickets is completed by filling out the form and making payment. Multiple tickets can be purchased with one transaction.

Art. 3 - PAYMENT METHODS FOR TICKETS.

Payment can be made by credit card accepted by the payment platform in use by following the provisions outlined in the procedures described online.

Art. 4 - METHODS FOR PURCHASING TICKETS.

Upon completion of the credit card payment, an e-mail will be forwarded confirming the order and another with the ticket purchased and valid for access to Caravelle Water Park attached.

Art. 5 - PRICES AND VALIDITY OF TICKETS.

The prices and validity of Caravelle Water Park tickets are specified during the purchase procedure. The sales system makes use of a platform whose peculiarity is to make the prices of access to the facility dynamic.
This means that the prices presented during the purchase process are subject to change in face value, at the sole discretion of Costa Edutainment SpA, according to certain variables: high/low season period, time slot of entry, weather conditions by way of example but not limited to.

Tickets OPEN are valid for the season in which the ticket was purchased, beginning the day after the day of purchase, and will present a single, defined value. They will not change in price according to the variables defined above, subject to periodic list changes.

Art. 6 - TICKET CHANGE OR CANCELLATION AND REFUND REQUEST.

The online ticket at FIXED DATE. Is in no way refundable. The date can be changed by following the procedures indicated during purchase.

The ticket OPEN such as the one at FIXED DATE. is non-refundable.

Article 7 - RESPECT FOR THE DATE OF ENTRANCE TO THE CARAVELLE WATER PARK.
The date chosen for the visit to Caravelle Water Park must be respected. Therefore, it will not be possible to access Caravelle Water Park on a date other than the date indicated on the ticket itself unless the procedure indicated during purchase is activated.

Article 8 - APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION OF APPETITION AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES.

These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Notwithstanding what has been said about jurisdiction, an individual who uses any of our services for a use that may be considered unrelated to his or her professional activity (hereinafter also referred to as "consumer") may invoke the laws in force in the country in which he or she has his or her habitual residence. Any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall be filed exclusively in the Court of Savona. Notwithstanding the jurisdiction clause above, a consumer may also bring an action in a court of the country in which he or she is domiciled, whereas an action against a consumer may only be brought before the courts of the country in which he or she is domiciled. For consumers in the European Economic Area: in case of complaints, we advise you to first contact our Customer Care. If the matter is not resolved, you can send your complaint via the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, which you can find at this address: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

The translated version is unofficial and for illustrative purposes only, and therefore has no legal force. In the event of any dispute or inconsistency or discrepancy between the English text and the other language translations of these Terms and Conditions, the English text shall prevail and be the conclusive version. The English text is available on our Platform (by selecting the English language) or will be sent upon written request.

In the event that any of the clauses of these 'Terms and Conditions' is invalid, loses validity, is or becomes non-binding, you will continue to abide by all other clauses set forth herein. In such event we will replace the said clause, with a clause that is valid and binding, that has an effect as similar as possible to the one replaced and that you agree to accept in accordance with the contents and purposes of these 'Terms and Conditions'.
